Who would be interested?
Individuals that:
Want to eliminate 403(b) plan limitations... that detract from a more responsive and desirable financial security program, i.e.:
Pre-Retirement...................
Contribution withdrawals for large expenses - health care,
home, etc. are penalized.
Retirement..........................
Withdrawals are fully taxable.
Post-Retirement..................
Mandatory withdrawals are required by age 70½ or
penalties are invoked.
Unnecessary
Fees............... Certain
investment contracts have unnecessary fees - that
significantly detract from account accumulation.
Investment
Performance... Most individuals
