John E. Richardson, President is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University and the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University.

In addition to American Management Association schools, John received advanced insurance training at Purdue University and the University of Iowa.

John was previously associated with Irwin Union Bank & Trust Company in Columbus , Indiana for thirteen years, during which time he was Vice President and Personnel Director and Vice President and Manager of Irwin Union Insurance Services.

Lisa Kelly, Vice-President is a graduate of Clark College. 

Lisa is a licensed agent with 15 years experience in the life and health industry, specializing in employee benefits.

Lisa was previously associated with Benefits Plus Insurance Services Inc. in Columbus Indiana, during which time she was Vice President and Co-owner.
