The Rich 408(k) Pension Plan incorporates IRC Sections 408(k) and 408A, in addition to the RICHINVESTMENT Program.

NO plan ADMINISTRATION ACTIVITY...discrimination testing, actuarial studies, annual reports, loan administration, etc.

 

NO plan ADMINISTRATION EXPENSE

 

Employer contributions are discretionary

 

NO employer "match" requirements

 

 

    EMPLOYEE

Provides increased tax-free income at retirement

 

Contributions maybe withdrawn at anytime without IRS penalties or F.I.T., i.e.: for "shock" medical expenses, etc.

     

Withdrawals...are not required to commence at age 70 1/2...entire amount may be passed through estate tax-free
